Lacey is a Toronto based photographer, actor and artist. Upon completing her studies in the Performing Arts Lacey joined experimental theatre company Kadožüké Kollektif where she worked as a lead actor, designer and creator for 10 years. During this time she was encouraged to develop her photography skills and thus began a mentorship with Master Printer Dimitri Levonoff (Imagefoundry). Alongside Levanoff, Lacey gained an exceptional knowledge of and appreciation for photography, imaging, retouching, colour correction, scanning and printing.
As both actor and photographer, it was only natural that Lacey gravitated towards the Headshot. Today Lacey's focus is on actors and artists. It is her pleasure to meet and work with creatives of all backgrounds as she continues to be endlessly inspired by new faces in the arts.
Clients include many of Toronto's top actors, dancers, artists and theatre companies such as: Theatre Smith-Gilmour, Bad New Days, WhyNot Theatre, Theatre Columbus, Ahuri Theatre, The Kadozuke Kollektif and ZOU Theatre.
Lacey's work has been published in The National Post, The Globe and Mail, NOW, The Dance Current, The Grid, TTC billboards and numerous art blogs, sites and books.
